Role Summary The Sr. AV Conference and Events Technologies Platforms Administrator is a client-facing technical leader responsible for delivering an exceptional global audio/visual, videoconferencing, live event, webcast, and collaboration experience for Vertexians working in hybrid and in-office environments. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for Vertex’s enterprise collaboration, conference room, event, webcast, and Unified Communications ecosystem. The individual will be responsible for the health, configuration, security, lifecycle management, integrations, analytics, and optimization of meeting room systems, live and hybrid event technologies, webcast platforms, scheduling displays, digital signage, and related collaboration tools. Candidates with experience administering enterprise videoconferencing, webcast, Unified Communications, and collaboration platforms—including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or comparable solutions—are encouraged to apply. This role will support and help evolve Vertex’s collaboration technology ecosystem to meet the needs of a modern, technology-enabled workforce.
