The Keene State College Registrar provides strategic leadership and administrative direction for the Registrar's Office and provides operational oversight for the various functions of the unit by ensuring clear accountability and metrics (course registration, degree certification, enrollment reporting, academic catalog, and final exam scheduling). The College Registrar ensures regulatory compliance, including FERPA, maintenance and protection of student records, and stewardship of the student information system. The College Registrar supports Keene State College's shared governance process in the development, modification, and implementation of curriculum, academic policies and practices in alignment with the College's mission, vision and strategic plans. The College Registrar works as a collaborative partner with the Provost's Office, academic units and departments, the College Senate, Graduate Studies and Extended Education, Student Financial Services, Enrollment and Student Engagement, and the University System of New Hampshire Enterprise Technology and Services to provide essential information and services. This responsibility will include active participation in the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) migration project including leadership where appropriate. The College Registrar serves as an integral member of the College's strategic planning team working to deliver on its new strategic plan, with specific focus on building transfer pathways in collaboration with both state and regional partners (NEBHE).
