This role requires significant expertise in water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including design, permitting, compliance, and construction operations. Project Engineer IV acts as a technical lead and subject matter expert, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, advanced engineering skills, and project management experience are critical to success in this role. This position may include leading a satellite office that will support the larger organizations’ strategic goals but also build local relationships to gain market share within the office’s location.
