Sonos is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to be a key part of the employee experience in the UK. This is a broad, hands-on People role where you’ll be a trusted point of contact for employees across almost every stage of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and day-to-day support through benefits, leave, employee changes, and offboarding. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of People topics and learn how our global People programs work locally, building a strong foundation in People Operations. You’ll bring at least two years of relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to UK employee lifecycle administration or benefits, and be comfortable working with HR systems such as Workday. You’ll report to the People Operations Manager, EMEA, as part of a global People team. What You’ll Do
