Our 2026 Trading Operations Analyst Programme (OA) is a structured 6-month development programme for soon-to-be and recent postgraduate graduates. Designed to accelerate your development and fast-track you into a career role at Susquehanna, the programme combines structured education, hands-on skill building, and direct exposure to our trading business. From day one, you will be working on real problems that matter, building the foundation for a long-term career at one of the most innovative firms in financial services. Through 4 week rotations you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to every desk within Trading Operations such as Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, Corporate Actions and Settlements. Each desk rotation is designed to give you more than just exposure, you will own real tasks and deliver projects with immediate, tangible impact on the trading business. Once the programme is complete you will step into a desk role that directly shapes Susquehanna’s performance, equipped with the experience and relationships to make an impact from day one.
