Join us and help shape it!    Essential Functions:  Lead a design team in developing comprehensive civil site design plans for Federal Government and Aerospace projects, including roadways, parking areas, utility systems, and other infrastructure elements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design aligns with overall project goals and meets and relevant codes and standards. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil site components. Perform hydrologic / hydraulic calcuatlions, earthwork analysis, and cost estimations. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for design purposes. Prepare and review construction documents, including plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates.
