This role blends institutional‑level development experience with strategic leadership, client advisory, and business development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned capital execution leader with a demonstrated ability to handle large projects, manage sophisticated stakeholders, solve complex entitlement and construction challenges, and serve as an executive advisor.
