You’ll own OnePay’s analytics foundation (dbt models, testing, and Databricks BI) so the business can move fast on trusted data. This is a senior IC role where you will set technical standards, unblock the team, and ship high-impact work without waiting for perfect requirements. We build for humans and AI. You’ll use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily to move faster, and design models, metrics, and docs that agents and analysts can both rely on. This role is responsible for: Design and build production dbt models on Databricks that the organization uses as the source of truth for what’s happening in the business
