We are hiring a Metrologist / Senior CMM Operator to be the dimensional measurement authority at Neuralink. You will own programming, fixturing, and reporting on our CMM fleet, stand up a real Incoming Quality Control (IQC) workflow for purchased parts, provide first-article and in-process inspection for in-house machined parts, and train and certify additional operators across the company so this capability scales with our roadmap. This is a hands-on role with broad scope and direct exposure to design, manufacturing, and supplier-quality engineers. Own CMM programming, fixturing, calibration, and measurement uncertainty for Neuralink's bridge CMM, optical CMM, and portable arm fleet (Zeiss / Hexagon / Romer / FaroArm class equipment). Build the IQC workflow for purchased parts: Sample plans, AS9102 / first-article review, independent CMM verification of critical features, and a clean NCR loop back to suppliers.
