This is a role where you’ll be trusted to use your judgement. You’ll help managers navigate difficult situations with clarity, empathy and confidence, balancing employment law and risk with what’s fair, practical and right for Monzo and our people. As Monzo continues to grow internationally, you’ll also bring experience of working across different employment landscapes. Experience supporting Employee Relations at a Global scale is particularly important for this role, alongside an understanding of how ER approaches need to flex across different jurisdictions, cultures and legal frameworks. You’ll be comfortable working independently, getting stuck into problems where the answer isn’t always obvious, and spotting opportunities to make things better. You’ll also be an escalation point for more complex ER matters, coach others to build their confidence and judgement, and contribute to projects that improve how we approach Employee Relations across Monzo.
