Job Overview As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting equipment installation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity while ensuring the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Facility Start-Up & Ramp up efficiency lines & Equipment Technical Support: Assist in the commissioning, installation, and validation of new manufacturing equipment. Support the development and implementation of scalable manufacturing processes. Work with vendors and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with operational needs. Maintain equipment documentation, including schematics and operational guidelines.
