Position Overview Blue Yonder Defense Solutions (BYDS) is seeking a talented and motivated Proposal Writer to join the team. The Proposal manager/specialist is responsible for leading and managing the response process for all qualified company-level opportunities – developing, leading, managing, and executing the process for completion of the proposal within the allotted time frame. The proposal manager/specialist is responsible for creating responses that clearly articulate Blue Yonder Defense Solutions’ position and strength in the industry, by working with a team of subject matter experts, along with executive leadership. Responsible for proposal development, including project management, maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating inputs and reviews, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership and management. Ultimately, the Proposal manager/specialist is responsible for timely delivery of all proposal information.
