Role Summary: Reporting to the MS Hosting Engineering Senior Manager, the MS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the technical release of new cloud/hosting products and features to Delivery and Operational teams as well as providing technical expertise in the support of both hardware and software solutions as part of the operational escalation matrix. There is also a requirement to provide support to presales on occasion.
