GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume. Role Overview: Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Lean Transformation Maturity initiatives. This role will focus on substantiating portable airflow stand to replacing the old machine and robotic grit blast machine to elevate the operator skills, improving the process with new technology to support production and enhance operational efficiency. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring these processes into the production line, reducing motion, transportation, waiting time, and cycle time.
