As Learning & Development Specialist, you'll be the architect of how Drata customers learn: designing the programs, building the certifications, and creating the infrastructure that helps thousands of security and compliance practitioners get value from Drata faster and more independently. A critical part of this role is understanding that Enterprise and SMB customers don't learn the same way — you'll design programs that meet each segment where they are, with the right depth, format, and pacing for their needs. You'll sit within the Digital CS team — alongside Community, in-app guidance, automated playbooks, and 1:M events — and you'll be the expert who defines what great customer education looks like at Drata across every customer segment. This is a senior IC role. You won't manage people on day one, but you'll lead the discipline. You'll set the strategy, own the roadmap, and be the voice of customer education across the company. As the function matures, there's a clear path to building a team under you.
