Conveo is a YC-backed company in an active growth period. We started this year as a team of ~20 and are on track to reach ~120 by year end. On the engineering side, we're 13 today (possibly more by the time you're reading this), and we're right at the stage of deciding how this team runs. There are no product managers, no designer handoffs, no tickets waiting for someone else to prioritise. Engineers own the full distance from customer problem to working software, and that proximity to the product is exactly what makes this role interesting. You'll report directly to Maarten, our CTO.
