We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to own ClickUp's organic growth engine at the forefront of the AI Search era. You will bring deep SEO fundamentals, but this is not a traditional Director role. The landscape has shifted, and this position is responsible for defining ClickUp's acquisition strategy across modern discovery systems, building the team and workflows to execute it, and setting the standard for how brands show up across AI-powered surfaces. Our goal is to lead in AI visibility, backed by real investment, executive buy-in, and the autonomy to move fast. You will own how ClickUp is discovered across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and emerging answer engines. You'll translate market shifts into focused strategy, build AI-powered systems that multiply your team's output, and influence cross-functional partners across Engineering, Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics to rally behind organic growth.
