As we continue to expand in Malaysia and beyond, we are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager who can elevate Bjak’s brand presence through strategic collaborations and high-impact partnerships. Key Responsibilities Partnership Strategy & Development Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with Bjak’s business and marketing objectives. Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partners — including brands, influencers, communities, and organizations — to expand Bjak’s reach and credibility. Initiate and lead partnership discussions, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and structure impactful collaborations. Campaign & Collaboration Execution Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, compliance standards, and marketing goals. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, design, sales) to integrate partnerships into broader go-to-market and branding strategies. Coordinate with creative teams to develop co-branded content, promotional assets, and collaborative activation materials. Relationship & Stakeholder Management Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners
