AutoStore is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer who has successfully carried new products to market. We are looking for an engineer with experience taking complex electromechanical products from concept to launch. The successful engineer will have owned mechanical systems through the challenges encountered during development and production, including reliability failures, wear and fatigue issues, manufacturing constraints, supplier quality challenges, tolerance stack-up issues, and the difficult design trade-offs required to deliver robust, scalable products without compromising long-term performance. This individual will serve as a technical leader, owning the architecture and development of key mechanical subsystems within AutoStore's robotic and automation platforms. They will be expected to balance performance, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost while delivering innovative solutions that can be successfully deployed at scale.
