Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving attorney‑represented bodily injury claims within our Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit. This includes confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiating settlements within assigned authority limits. The role also includes mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to drive consistent, high‑quality claim handling and development across the team.
